LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Ever-Dry™ Hearing Aid Dryer is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Defective units will be replaced or repaired when accompanied by a dated sales receipt showing your name and the place of purchase. You must return both the drying unit and the power pack. This warranty does not cover any other damages of any kind such as incidental and/or consequential damages to your hearing aids.
Ever-Dry offers no warranty on Batteries. Please refer to any applicable manufacturer's warranty accompanying the product.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 7 pm Pacific Time. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, if it is not a Postal holiday. If, for some reason we cannot ship within 48 hours, we will notify you by email and you will not be charged until your shipment is made. Most orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges, if any, will be indicated at the time of checkout. You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled through the PayPal or Google checkout systems by following the link in the confirmation e-mail sent following placement of your order. We will honor cancellations received up to 1 pm Pacific Time on the day following your placement of your order and we will not charge your account. Cancellations received after 1pm Pacific Time and before the order is shipped will result in a credit to your account. Cancellations received after the order is shipped will only be honored after the merchandise is returned (See Returns Policy below). Battery orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the merchandise is shipped.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept returns of defective merchandise consistent with our Warranty Policy. Merchandise which is defective due to materials or workmanship will be replaced free of charge. Evidence of mishandling, tampering, or damage caused by the user will void any warranty. You must return both the drying unit and the power pack for Warranty claims. Please contact us at info@ever-dry.com for authorization and instructions on making a return.
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for Hearing Aid Dryer units returned in ORIGINAL"LIKE NEW" CONDITION packaged in original undamaged packaging. Contact us for authorization before returning merchandise.
In order to assure fresh product, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF BATTERIES.
